DESCRIPTION:We welcome Colin Bostock-Smith to the Parish Room! \n\n\n\n\nColin says ‘I am retired comedy writer. I spent 35 years of my life working in the world of British television\, stage and radio\, and even\, on odd occasions\, for foreign broadcasters. I provided the words for a long and glittering succession of star comedy performers\, and others who perhaps were not quite so glittering. \n\n\n\nThe stars I have written scrips for include Bob Monkhouse\, David Jason\, Rowan Atkinson\, Anne Robinson\, Russ Abbott\, The Two Ronnies\, Griff Rhys Jones\, Pamela Stephenson and\, not to be overlooked\, Basil Brush. \n\n\n\nI was one of the major contributors to Not the Nine O’clock News\, and latterly spent ten years in a two-man writing partnership with the late and great Clive James composing the scripts for multiple series of the Clive James Show.’ \n\n\n\n\nShould be a good one.
